Insurance, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

1 – Full Pergola Returns

• Cancellation
  Fee – Orders canceled or returned after three (3) days are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
• Shipping Responsibility – The Customer is responsible for securely packaging and palletizing the pergola to ensure safe transport. Once the pergola leaves the Customer’s possession, all risk of damage or loss during transit is borne by the Customer and their selected carrier.
• Shipping Options – Customers may use their own carrier or iNovio Homes Inc.’s shipping partner for return shipping.
•   Shipping Costs – If iNovio Homes Inc.’s shipping partner is used, a shipping fee of $1,000 (continental U.S.) plus a $500 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Inspection Upon Receipt – Upon arrival at our facility, returned
  pergolas will be examined for condition. Refunds for items deemed resellable will be issued within 10 business days, after deducting applicable shipping, restocking, and cancellation fees. If the product is returned damaged or in a state that diminishes its resale value, iNovio Homes Inc. may reduce the refund or withhold it entirely.
• Customer
  Risk – All returned items are transported at the customer’s risk. Any damage that occurs during shipment must be reported to the carrier directly. iNovio Homes Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return transit.

2 – Return Period

Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of
delivery.

3 – Restocking Fee for Orders in Transit

If a Customer requests cancellation of a pergola delivery that is already en route, a recall and restocking fee of $1,000 will apply to cover handling, logistics, and administrative costs, in addition to the fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee referenced in Section 16.3. This ensures consistency between cancellation and restocking charges.

4 – Changes to Orders in Transit

If a Customer requests modifications to a full pergola order already in transit, a $1,000 recall and restocking fee will be applied. The standard fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee will not apply if the Customer places a new order for a pergola of equal or greater value. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production is complete.

5 – Accessory Returns

Returns of accessories are accepted for a refund, provided the Customer covers all shipping costs associated with the return. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and deductions may be made for damage or a reduction in product value.

Only Customers of iNovio Homes Inc. may return merchandise, and an original order number is required to process any return.
