Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.
Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations require a separate agreement with iNovio Homes Inc.
2 – Delivery Timing
We make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe and on the agreed date. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Product availability is subject to change, and iNovio Homes Inc. cannot be held liable for late or missed deliveries.
3 – Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect all products within seven (7) days of delivery. Any defects, damages, missing parts, wrong items, or other issues must be reported to iNovio Homes Inc. within this period. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer at the time of delivery if not notified at the time of receiving.
4 – Accuracy of Delivery
Information – Customers must provide complete and correct delivery information, including the recipient’s full name and address. iNovio Homes Inc. is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Certain shipments may require a signature upon receipt.
5 - Resolving Delivery Issues
For damage reported on time, iNovio Homes Inc. will work with the customer and the carrier to arrange repair and replacement.
