Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

• iNovioHomes currently ships products only within the mainland United States.

• We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations unless a separate shipping arrangement has been agreed with the customer.

2. Delivery Timelines

• We make every effort to deliver products within reasonable timeframes and on the dates provided.

• All delivery dates are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues, carrier delays).

• All products are subject to availability. iNovioHomes is not liable for delays or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

3. Inspection of Products

• Customers must inspect all products within 08 to 14 Weeks of delivery.

• Any issues, including damages, faults, incorrect items, missing parts, or unsuitability, must be reported to
  support@inoviohomes.com within this period.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Delivery Information

• Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient’s full name and address.

• iNovioHomes is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

• Certain deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
