iNovioHomes Warranty Policy

Information We Collect

1. Scope of Coverage

iNovio Homes Inc. extends to the original purchaser a limited warranty program consisting of the following:

     
Ten (10) Years
Structural elements, including columns, base plates, and beams.

       
Five (5) Years
Movable or mechanical components, including louvers, hand cranks, and associated operating mechanisms.

       
Two (2) Years
Electrical parts and accessories Standard warranty applies only within the United States and Canada. Products shipped outside these regions are not covered under the standard warranty.



2. Commencement of Warranty

The warranty period shall begin upon delivery of the product. The original purchase invoice shall constitute the warranty certificate and must be retained as proof of eligibility.


3. Applicability and Limitations

This warranty is strictly limited to the first purchaser and is valid solely within the United States and Canada. It is non-transferable. The remedy under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase value of the goods or, at the sole discretion of iNovio Homes Inc., the provision of replacement parts. The cost and execution of installation or reinstallation of such parts remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.


4. Exclusions

The warranty shall not apply in the following instances:

  • Damage caused by environmental factors or natural disasters, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, sun exposure, or fading, where such occurrences fall outside iNovio Homes Inc.’s engineering standards.
  • Misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation practices. Warranty excludes defects caused by improper installation by the Customer or third-party.
  • Application of abnormal loads or other forms of incompetent use.
  • Installation conducted on unstable or unsuitable surfaces.
  • Delay of installation exceeding twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
  • Normal wear-and-tear, including scratches, surface blemishes, or fading attributable
    to usage.
  • Corrosion or rust originating internally within steel components due to condensation.
  • Damage caused by aggressive chemicals or substances.
  • Insufficient or improper maintenance.
  • Electrical components beyond the two-year period.
  • Ancillary expenses, including but not limited to shipping, disassembly, storage, or related logistics.


5. Claims Procedure

Any claim under this warranty must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the discovery of the defect. Submissions must include: (a) a copy of the purchase invoice, (b) photographic evidence of the alleged defect, and (c) correspondence sent to support@inoviohomes.com. Upon approval, iNovio Homes Inc. shall respond and, where applicable, provide resolution within thirty (30) days.


6. Reservation of Rights

iNovio Homes Inc. reserves the right to suspend or deny warranty services in the event of any outstanding financial obligations owed by the Customer.


7. Liability

iNovio Homes Inc.  accepts full responsibility for damages caused by us, our representatives, or agents in cases of injury, intentional or gross negligence, warranty breaches, or where product liability laws apply. For minor negligence involving essential contractual duties, our liability is limited to predictable damages typical for such agreements. This excludes referral partners and shipping carriers.


8. Product Damage Resolution

Warranty claims for defective materials will only be honored when certain conditions are met:

  • Before beginning installation, the customer must have checked that no parts were missing.
  • Assembly should follow the provided guidelines step by step.
  • The product must have been reasonably protected from outdoor elements.
  • If assembly damage occurs because the defect was obvious from the start, such damage will not be covered.


9. Third-Party Installation

Before arranging installation with a third party, customers are responsible for verifying that all components have been received in good condition. iNovio Homes Inc. will not be liable for delays, additional expenses, or damages arising from missing items, incomplete deliveries, or any issues caused during installation performed by outside contractors.


10. Shipping Damage and Delivery Refusal

  • If a delivery is rejected without any visible damage being documented, the customer will be responsible for costs related to refusal or arranging another delivery.
  • When goods arrive with noticeable damage, the carrier should be informed at once, and iNovio Homes Inc. support should be contacted. Reporting promptly is optional from a legal standpoint, but it greatly speeds up assistance and claim resolution.
